The Bracey/Chester Family Reunion 2024 Committee, has secured a customized group package to visit Guyana, with Eco Destination Tours (a Guyanese based
Company). The total package includes; tour itinerary accommodations, transportation, meals and beverages. (See detailed itinerary attached)
The duration of the package is from July 28th, 2024 through August 3rd, 2024
Price per person for the all inclusive tour is:
● $1,600 for adults 13 years and older
● $1,400 for children 3 to 13 years
● Children under 3 years are free

Payment Schedule:
● $100 per person deposit by September 30, 2023
● 50% (each person) deposit by December 31st, 2023
● Paid in full (each person) by April 15th, 2024
Notes:
1. Payment options provided on website.
2. All payments will be managed by the The Family Reunion 2024 Committee
3. All reservations (hotels, et al) will be managed by Eco Destination Tours
4. Individual information (name, date of birth, address) is required when payment is made.

Cancellation/Refund Policies:
● 25% of deposit for cancellation prior to December 31st, 2023.
● 40% of deposit for cancellation after December 31st, 2023.
● Persons who may refuse to participate in activities related to planned itinerary, including lodgings, meals, transportation, will not be granted
refunds.
● In extraordinary circumstances, such as, natural disaster, death or any other circumstances causing the entire trip to be canceled, then a full
refund will be awarded.
● For any circumstances that causes the company to cancel the tour, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
Note: Eco Destination Travels is insured under a Public Liability with NALICO/NAFICO Insurance, for unforeseen injuries and illness that may occur
during the tour (excluding pre-existing medical conditions). It is suggested that additional personal travel insurance may be purchased.
Special Conditions of Eco Destination Tours:
● Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

● Echo Destination Tours, requests prior information (doctor’s report) for persons requiring special services, such as, chronic disease, pregnancy,
general ill health, physical handicaps, et al.
● The company may consider additional reasonable requests, not provided under the agreed itiniary, at an additional cost to the requestor.
● The Company may refuse to provide services to individuals for the following reason:
1. Conditions at facilities are unsafe to tourists
2. Persons intoxicated, behaving belligerent or threatening
3. Persons needing medical attention, due to sudden illness
